This is slightly different from the ones we sometimes see in Sweden. I did not really expect to see it in the middle of the desert of Sahara.

Well, according to our tourguide this is Thick Knee or Stone Curlew. I have to trust him. Even if there is a mark on the wing I can´t see in the book I have. We were far out in the desert to see it.
