Kungstärna - Thalasseus maximus / Sterna maxima - Royal Tern - Sterne royale

Most of the birds on the shot are Royal Terns. This was one of the few colonies that are to be found on the African coast. So we were lucky to find them. It was hard to get close to them as the landscape was bare ground. About Royal Tern on wiki
