This should be a juvenile as far as I can tell. Maybe 2 years of age. Gulls are hard to ID :)
I posted the images in backward order as I think the first one it the better one. :)

A dove is of course a city bird so I found it outside the "supermarket" when we were supposed to buy bread and other necessary things in Dakhla.

Sanderling and Bar-tailed Godwit

A nice pair of birds and we were able to stay for an hour to watch them. There are only sand on the images but of course, the water was close by.

Most of the birds on the shot are Royal Terns. This was one of the few colonies that are to be found on the African coast. So we were lucky to find them. It was hard to get close to them as the landscape was bare ground.
